Are there any storage units with drive-up access?

Today we have a question from Mike who wants to know, are there any storage units with drive-up access? Now this is important to a lot of us. Sometimes we’ll be storing very, very heavy things in our storage units such as furniture, appliances, or any such thing, and if we want to add anything to the storage or remove anything from storage, it’s gonna be a real hassle carrying it by hand all the way to your car and back if it doesn’t have drive-up access. If you’re looking for drive-up access you’re going to want to look at outdoor storage facilities where the units are standalone units and not a part of a huge warehouse where there are hallways etc. That way you can drive up right up to your unit and get anything you want out or put anything you want in directly to your car. It’s much more convenient if have heavy stuff. Obviously if you’re talking about drive-up access you’re going to have to take a ground level unit. You’re not going to get drive-up access if you’re storing on the second level or higher. Also keep in mind that just because a facility has or offers drive-up units it doesn’t mean that all their units are actually accessible by car so you really want to call ahead of time and check. If you know you’re going to need it you have to make sure that the unit you’re moving into is accessible by car so that it’s the most convenient for you. In short, my drive up access storage units are not actually hard to find. All you have to do is use your preferred search engine and type in storage units drive up access and you’re going to find a lot of different options, different prices, and then you just do your research like any other storage unit.
