Flex and/or its authorized third party/ies may monitor, including keeping a records of, the location of the Flex trailer/unit twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, using GPS (or similar) tracking technology, or by any other means or frequency Flex deems appropriate.
Please note that when you delete your account information on the Website or other platform, or terminate your use of the Services, we may retain your information for a reasonable period of time afterward for the purpose of record keeping, account management and fraud prevention activities.
Duty to Update Personal Information
By using the Website, you agree to regularly review your Personal Information to ensure that it is correct and complete and to update any information you believe to be incorrect.
How We Use Your Personal Information

The receipt of emails from Flex is necessary to use the Website and our Services. Initially,email confirmations will be required to verify your email address and in order to complete your registration process.

The Website and Mobile Applications are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We and our third party service provider of the online customer chat feature may maintain dialogue transcripts of the online chats with us for staff training, for quality assurance purposes or for other purposes as described herein.
