Today’s question comes to us from Howard, and Howard wants to know how much do portable storage containers cost? So, this is an interesting question. Of course, you might have some clutter that you’d like to store away somewhere in a place that can move with you if you’re moving from one location to another, or if you want to store it on site because you want the stuff inside always nearby, always on hand. In this case, a portable storage container is absolutely your best choice. Now, when it comes to price, obviously this depends on are you talking buying or are you talking renting? When it comes to buying, obviously depending on the size and the materials, the quality of them, insulation, etc. the price can range anywhere between $2 ,000 to $8 ,000, give or take. If you’re talking about renting a storage container, however, again, depending on the size and the quality of the materials, we are talking about $100 to $400 a month in rent. Now, in either case, you should take into consideration that there might be extra payments, such as when you’re renting, you might have to pay extra on your insurance or protection fee to keep your contents safe. When it comes to purchasing, however, you need to take into account that you’re going to also have to pay for delivery or shipping, and you might have to pay extra if anything goes wrong. You have to fix it, paint it, whatever. So take that under consideration as well. In short, Howard, prices do vary, and they do change also on a seasonal basis, and there are all kinds of different considerations when it comes to the price, but these are roughly the prices. you might want to consider the pros and cons of renting as opposed to buying. I think in a lot of cases, renting is really simpler because you have all of the other stuff taken care of. You don’t have to take care of anything on your own as opposed to buying where it belongs to you and you have to fix it, ship it, whatever. Thank you so much for your question.
